The hands-on workshop teaches participants how to tackle business challenges by bringing together diverse perspectives, eliminating unnecessary conversations and removing bias. Participants work through a process that enables them to quickly identify and prioritize a problem, decide on a high-impact solution and end with clear action steps, as well as learning how to craft interview questions for potential customers to validate assumptions.
